FARM-MMO rules

1Account

1.1. One person, one account. Using several accounts to your own advantage — moving goods between accounts you own — is forbidden.
1.2. You are responsible for keeping your own password safe. We do not recommend sharing an account.
1.3. A name may not be offensive, misleading, or imitate the administration.

2Playing the game

2.1. Programs, bots or scripts that act on your behalf are forbidden.
2.2. If you find a bug — for example, wealth being counted wrongly — report it to the administration. Deliberately exploiting a bug is grounds for blocking the account.
2.3. The market is for trading. Setting misleading prices is not forbidden by the game mechanics, but the administration may step in on obvious fraud.

3Communication

3.1. Respect other players. Insults, threats and hate speech are forbidden.
3.2. Advertising other games or services without permission is not allowed.
3.3. Sharing another player’s personal information is forbidden.

4Administration

4.1. The administration may warn, temporarily restrict or block an account for breaking the rules.
4.2. Game balance — prices, growth times, experience — may be changed to keep the game fair.
4.3. If you disagree with a decision, write to us through the contact form.

5Final provisions

5.1. By registering you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.
5.2. The rules may be updated; significant changes are announced in the news.

6Buying credits

6.1. Credits are a virtual item used inside the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person.
6.2. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
6.3. Credits normally appear in your account within a minute of payment. If they do not arrive within 24 hours, write to info@farm-mmo.com with the PayPal transaction number and we will sort it out.
6.4. Right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right ends once delivery has begun with your consent. By buying credits you ask for them to be delivered immediately and accept that the withdrawal right ends at that moment.
6.5. Refunds. Credits you have not spent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — write to us and we will return the payment. Credits already spent on membership, decorations or anything else cannot be refunded, because what you bought has been delivered.
6.6. If the game charges you twice, or takes payment and delivers nothing, you get your money back in full. That is a mistake on our side, not a purchase.
6.7. An account blocked for breaking these rules is not refunded. Credits are not returned.
6.8. Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable VAT.
6.9. If the game closes down, unspent credits are not exchanged for money. We will announce a closure at least 30 days in advance so that credits can be spent.
